I had an excellent experience, the technician was very thorough. He took care of the problem with my furnace in record time. He explained to us with clarity the possibility of some future repairs. He showed us pictures of the possible future repairs. He quoted the price of cleaning the furnace and also cleaning my air conditioning unit. We are very satisfied with the work he did and plan to use Burton's in the future. He was Very respectful and it was a professional job well done.
Frank was more than helpful when he came to help us with our AC. He told me tips and tricks to make sure I get the most out of our new house’s unit. He was very personable and professional. I especially appreciate that he used shoe covers in our house without me even having to ask. I’m happy to now be a VIP member knowing this kind of service is available.
Jacob did a great job with our AC Check and repairs needed. He was very friendly and very informed on what he was talking about. The thing I love about Burton, is that they always give you 3 or 4 Options for repairs, and no matter what you choose, even if it's the lowest priced option, they don't try to upsell you or change your mind, and they continue to treat us in a friendly way. We've used Burton for 10+ years and have always been happy.
Losing a/c during the hottest part of the year, and my fiance at work (me home alone), caused a lot of anxiety. I must have called 10 other places and Burton was the only company able to come right away in the morning. Frank was incredible. He explained the unknown to me, was extremely polite and courteous. He was very relatable as well since I had to call my fiance at work to explain the repairs. On top of that, it was less than an hour and our home was cooling off! I hope we always choose Burton! I would just like to say what a pleasure it was having Jake do my AC check. He showed up on time and was polite, professional and thorough. He explained my maintenance options but left the decision up to me. Hope that I am lucky enough to get him again when it's time for the furnace check.
