Pieper's Inc

Scheduled an appt. for the following day to clear some clogged pipes....they called the morning of the appt. to say an emergency came up and they won't be able to make the appt. Not a single person could come to at least check my problem? Apparently they have only a couple of plumbers available, or what? It's tough to find a business you can trust.... They responded with a post of their own, which you can read here. Problem is, when you try to call the number given on the posting....no answer. I've tried multiple times, but no answer. Judge for yourself, people who read this, but I'm not impressed by their ethics or attention to customer satisfaction. REAL customer satisfaction would have been to find a way to meet their spoken commitment (considering I took the day off of work and lost wages as well)

Great people. Fixed my problem fast and gave me some helpful info on how to prevent it from happening again.

I called Pieper, Inc on 2-13-2018, as I was refer over by Kelch in Exeter, Nebraska. I spoke to Christy very nice lady and very knowledge too. She said the guys could come over after lunch. They arrival on time and first guy came in I told what I need my toilet was overflowing for two months had flu twice didn't call. Call in fear others would get sick. So I waited out until I was better & could call. Shane and Chuck were amazing guys as I didn't have much room in my Kitchen and Snake machine was bigger than life! They both sure they make everything fit. And they did. I had installed new guts inside the tank but couldn't the nuts cause my right is numb. I asked Shane if he would tighten the nuts. and he did. Shane complient me on a good job I did. Really made me feel good. Thank you, Shane ( a good Irish name) Shane found the in toilet line a dead squirrel was backing up my toilet. There was a leak, Shane said he stay until the leak stopped I will never be hesitate again will call Pieper, Inc in a heart beat cause they put pride in their jobs and it shown. Shane & Chuck did a tremendous job and cleaned up after they finished. How many companies still do that? Not many! Telling them how wonderful I feel I missed my toilet and running water. When you're without I was you really appreciated things being fixed right. As far as I am concerned that was the right call I made calling Pieper, Inc. They are willing to do a fast job for a fast dollar. Promise to return and fix problem but wont and ignore your phone calls. Finally weeks later say they don't have time.... Thanks
