John Henry's Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

Wow! The service we received today was amazing. Weston was very efficient with this service call. He was also very kind and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. He found that we were in need of a new filter kit, but that was not listed on the work order. He called, and someone from John Henry's came out to deliver the parts. That was pretty cool. Great customer service! Thank you to Weston and all others who helped make this quick and easy!

I called on a Friday night in early August. Our air conditioner was not running. Bailey was very kind and assured me that a technician would be out the very next day. She explained about the diagnostic fee so I would not be surprised by that. Even though I had called so late the evening before I received a call and text message before 3:30 the next day. Shawn was on his way. When Shawn arrived he got tight to work. He had the air running again in 15 minutes. He explained very clearly what he had done and made recommendations to keep the system healthy going forward. He also explained about the maintenance plan. I had wanted to get on it anyway so I was happy to sign up yesterday, especially with Shawn’s willingness to explain how it works. We are very pleased with the service we received from both Bailey and Shawn and look forward to a great relationship with John Henry’s going into the future.

Eric has helped us out for a couple years now through several remodeling projects. He is a treasure! He explains things thoroughly and provides very accurate quotes as to what the work will cost. Then he dives in. Eric is one of the most efficient and knowledgeable plumbers I've ever seen work. Eric and John Henry is always the very first one we call.

I've exclusively used John Henry's for the past 13 years, for all my plumbing, heating and, air conditioning needs. The projects ranged from large to small. Always on time, thorough, and professional. Additionally, I have never had to call them back to readdress the original issue. In closing, I highly recommend their services, and I also appreciate their office staff, as they have always treated me very courteously, with compassion. We had our sewer backing up in to the basement. We called John Henry's and they sent out Ian. He got the pipes cleared of roots and got our plumbing working well again. He was quick and efficient. The cost was very reasonable for a Saturday. The cost was also a lot less than initially quoted.We will definitely use John Henry's the next time such a need occurs.
