My experience with Lammel Plumbing 09/14/17 – Called and gave them info on the situation (needed a new line ran from the main water line to the house by 09/22/17) – he said he would talk with co-worker and they would call me back this morning. 09/14/17 – Called me back and said they had previously looked at this – would give me a call later today. 09/14/17 – Called me back around 3 or 4 pm – worked with my dad to take a look at the place – quoted price for the job and said should be next week. 09/20/17 – Called to check on situation. They called me back and said the borer was waiting on a part – they were going to try very hard to get everything done by Friday night, but said worst case scenario I’d have running water by Saturday. 09/22/17 – Called me back to inform me part wouldn’t be in until Friday night so they would be out first thing Saturday Morning to get things working. 09/23/17 – They got the new line ran and I had working water. They also got 2 new toilets installed for me on the same day. I gave them just over a week of notice for a big job and they were able to come out right away and get things resolved. at a price less than what another plumber that had put me in this bad situation had quoted. 10/13/17 – Called to see what they could do for me with water coming up out of the main drain the basement (shower wasn’t draining properly, etc). They were able to come out before noon that day and snake my sewer line (got a lot of roots pulled out). Will absolutely use again - they are fast and get the job done.
I had left my outside hose hooked up this winter, and the pipe burst. The kitchen faucet, and shower faucet had to be replaced also. They replaced these three things, at a reasonable price, and under 45 minutes. I would absolutely recommend Lammel Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
