He assessed the problems and diagnosed the solutions right away. He replaced the necessary parts inside the toilet and reinstalled it. He made certain all was in good working order before he submitted the bill. At all times, he was friendly, respectful, and professional. I always have good experiences with Courtesy Plumbing.

They have been to my house on two occasions to repair/install a shutoff valve replace bath drain pipe & faucet and most recently replace our kitchen faucet. The work was done quick & clean. We've had a regular plumber for the past few years and what a great craftsman he was. He had a stroke and isn't doing business anymore, so finding someone you can trust can be difficult. I found Courtesy Plumbing on Yelp and read the reviews and read their ad. It really caught my eye. I tried to get an estimate on the job, but it was after hours, so they suggested to call Monday morning. I questioned it, and decided to do it. The office gave me a window when the technician would be out. Everything lined up with our schedule. The office was very polite and professional. Thomas came out on time and inspected the problem. He gave us the best case and worst case scenarios so we knew what the possibilities might be. He gave us an estimate on time to do the job and EVERYTHING he said was to the word in the best case scenario. He gave us a great estimate and did the job very professionally. I watched him do the job and he even predicted when the water would be coming out based on the sounds he heard. Great team they have there and I asked for business cards to pass out to the neighbors because the job they do speaks for itself. We had a kitchen sink stoppage and I called for service. They gave me a window of 3-6 pm. Aaron showed up just after 3, and went straight to work. He was able to clear the stoppage through the roof in about 20 minutes. Aaron is the same plumber that handled a toilet problem for us a few months ago in the middle of a downpour, and he is a terrific plumber. He's very knowledgeable and efficient, but most importantly, he is friendly and professional.
