Kevin's Plumbing & Heating

I was having trouble with my hot water heater, and the property manager for my apartment complex called Kevin's to fix it. My daughter was home that day to let them in, however she fell asleep while waiting, and didn't hear the doorbell. The tech (I believe his name was Cliff) got maintenance to let him in. At that point, my daughter woke up, but was still in her room. Shortly after being let in, my daughter heard someone opening and closing the drawers on my dresser in my bedroom. Her room is right next to mine. After he came out of my room, he opened the door to my daughter's bedroom, saw her, then backed out and closed the door. He then proceeded to fix the water heater. My daughter was understandably shaken up by this incident and did not feel safe leaving her room until I got home, just as the tech was driving away. For the record, the water heater is not located in either bedroom. I reported this incident to Kevin's, and I was told to send an email to the office manager, which I did. I have no idea if anything was done about this on their end, as they did not follow up with me. Stay far away from this company!

After they come and "fix" whatever they just leave there mess behind. All their trash. Dripping whatever they got on them everywhere. I shouldn't have to clean up after them. ????????????

Horrible service!! Been waiting a week for an AC compressor to be installed and currently still waiting. Kevin's has rescheduled several times and nobody has ever showed up. I do not RECOMMEND!!

They missed an appointment entirely, rescheduled another, did the job well, and then charged me additional fees after the job was paid for. Good work on an easy job, but bad customer service.
