Had an issue with my floor heat from when the house was originally built. Todd and his crew came out to fix it. Works like a charm! Service is AWESOME! Will always use Timber Ridge Plumbing.

Had a small shower problem where we had no hot water. Todd and his guys came out promptly and fixed the issue quickly and explained the issue to me. On August 15, 2017 two individuals from Timber Ridge showed up at my house to replace some sink fixtures which were defective. I was extremely pleased with their service. We had recently built our home and after they were finished installing the defective sink parts, I asked them if they would show me how to clean some of our sink and shower pieces as I was having a hard time figuring out how to dismantle them to clean them. They were very patient with me and showed me exactly what to do. They even tightened some of my towel bars which had come loose. AND...they didn't even charge me for this! It's so nice to experience good old fashioned customer service again! Thank you, Timber Ridge. We will use you for all our future plumbing services/needs. Brandon and Ellen Holt

I would highly recommend these guys! They were at my house within a couple of hours to relight the pilot light on my hot water heater. They are very kind and knowledgeable!
