Would absolutely recommend them. Have had both plumbers and HVAC people out recently and they were professional, helpful and explained everything they were doing. Will definitely use again!
My wife and I were expecting company for a weekend and on Friday morning our water heater stopped working. I called their phone number before their shop hours and was greeted pleasantly by their emergency line. I stated it was not an emergency but I would like someone that day if possible. Shortly after their shop opened I was called to arrange a time for the serviceman to come to our home. I was at work but left instructions for the serviceman on how to get into my home and how to find the water heater. While there they found the issue, called me with a couple options, and once I decided they quickly repaired the problem. I cannot say enough about the all around great service we received from Vilandres.
Mr. Lizakowski and Nate were so nice and efficient. They battled bad weather and roads to get my pipe fixed so I could have water. Very impressed with Vilandre and will use them from now on.

Not many HVAC/Plumbing companies will fix mobile home furnaces. Dan answered the call quickly and professionally. I really appreciated his conduct: • Upon arrival he immediately introduced himself and shook my hand. • He assured me he was going to do his best to take care of our needs. • He placed protective covers on his shoes before entering our home. • After initial inspection he gave a rough estimate regarding the duration of the work. • He took the time to explain what he was doing and the why. • He gave great advice on furnace maintenance. • Before handing me the bill, he shook my hand and thanked us for the patronage.
