Excellent communication and fast service. They came out the morning after another plumber the night before failed to put a 3" down even 75' in our sewer line. We were told we had to dig up our yard and get a new sewer line ran. Roto-Rooter came out, ran a 3" 100 ft, then a 4". No more problems and no need to spend thousands on a new sewer line. I will never call anyone else again. A very honest, very good quality service company.

Terrible! So bad I thought I was on a prank show! They deserve no stars. Called because a 4 plex I owned was backed up and technician told me to have the people that live there not use the water for 2 days then he would come back. Also told me he did not want to get he or his tools dirty! No joke!! He even told me to take a hammer and open cleanout myself and have someone put a cleanout in the bathroom next to the toilet so he could clean it out from there. I understand it was a Saturday morning but totally unprofessional and the guy was plain rude! Will never call them again!! Called a real plumber and the problem is being fixed now, without complaints!
