Guy is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Very mean and rude for no reason. We had a back up and called him for the main drain. He fixed it and then told him just do all the other outlets also. He refused and said sure I’ll do them for $200 a hole.......like come on. I went out the next week and bought a commercial drain snake for $589 so that I will never have to deal with this guy or his type. Shame on roto rooter
