The gentleman that showed up were on time. The professionalism and courtesy of the technicians was impeccable. Pricing was very fair and they explained everything they were doing. A very pleasurable experience dealing with them.
HVAC Experts has serviced my two air conditioning units since 2013. I have the system inspected twice each year, and they have done an excellent job of keeping both units in Tip-Top shape. They make repairs as needed, so I have never had a failure which left me without heat or air conditioning. Appointments are easy to get, they arrive on time, and they do a superior job. I wouldn't use anyone else.
I recently found out about HVAC Experts by word of mouth from different people and have had them out several times to work on my air conditioning system. These guys are very professional and honest. They get back with you, come out, and fix your problem very quickly. We have had the owner, Ryan, and another technician come out and were very pleased with both. These guys are my new go to company for any HVAC needs!
My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. I had called another company and was told it would be days before they could get to me. I called HVAC Experts and they were at my house and less than 2 hours. The service tech quickly diagnosed the problem. After picking up the part at a supply house he had the AC running in no time. From now on whenever I need the HVAC serviced I will call HVAC Experts.
We have being using HVAC Experts LLC for the last 6 or 7 years for our annual preventative maintenance on both of our HVAC units. In fact, they replaced one of the systems 3 years ago that was 13 years old that finally was not worth fixing, and recently, a 16 year old gas pack system was replaced with a new Coleman dual fuel system. I can't say enough about this company, they have always came through for me, holidays and weekends, you can't find a HVAC service/installation provider that is as thorough as Ryan and all of his guys. They are top notch and as good as it gets. They believe in providing exceptional service at a fair price.
