Swift and great service! Was referred by a co-worker and called bright and early at 6:15 and was amazed to get someone on the phone. The tech Brad was amazing and not only fixed my leak but explained everything. I’m a new homeowner and was stressed the whole day about my leak. So happy and pleased with this company for taking care of me!

I am so impressed with this company and with the owner, Terry! I had a leak that went through the wall of my house and I just knew that it was going to cost a fortune. The technician that came out was so kind and efficient. I later learned that this company is serviced based, not profit based. They thanked me for my service and they refused to make a profit off of the work they did for me. This company reminded me that there are good people in the world. I appreciate Terry and his staff! Terry came to my home Saturday morning to replace a leaking toilet. He was not only professional but super nice. He finished the job in less than an hour and put back on a complicated toilet seat with ease! 5 minutes. I would recommend TCR above everyone else!

Called TCR Rooter & Plumbing and scheduled an appointment the same day for them to come out and fix my leaking toilet. The appointment time passed and they didn't show up or call. Ended up waiting all night long (over five hours after the appointment time which was set for 3:00PM) - still no call; eventually went to Lowe's and just fixed it myself. Have not heard back from them to this day.

Really a fast response. Great quality service and really friendly . I was thrilled that everything we needed done was done on the same time. I also thought the cost was quite fair.
