Sorry !..One Star for answering the phone !...Able's Septic Services should be DisAbled !..In March I decided that I needed to have my Septic Tank Pumped. Two Neighbors in my Neighborhood advised me to give Able Septic at 884-5777 a call. I did on March 8, 2017 and talked with a Jody. I was told there were permit problems and that they would put me on a list and give me a call in that order. I waited until May and called again. I could tell they forgot all about calling. So they then advised me they will come by in a week. Today to be specific...May 10, 2017 between the hours of 1200 & 2 P.M. At 2:10 I decided to call Jody again and ask where they were since no one showed up. I was told after a brief pause on the phone they were tied up with permits, etc.etc. at the plant. Needless to say I cancelled any more service calls from this company and then notified my neighbors of this comedy of errors. Needless to say they were appalled and said they must be under new management or in some sort of business disaster. All I can say is buyer beware ! ! !
