The owner is very knowledgeable at what he does. He was able to save me money and he is very reasonably priced!!! I will be using him again, if any plumbing issues arise. I would defiantly recommend him.

Discovered a leaky garbage disposal this morning & called Anthony right away. He was able to get to me (we're located near uptown Charlotte) in under an hour with a brand new garbage disposal. He installed and was done in less than 30 mins - he charged us a little over $200 (including tax). I was so grateful he was able to get to me so quickly and he did a fantastic job. Would recommend Hermetic to anyone and everyone!!!

I would give these people a zero, but that isn't an option. My home insurance company sent this company to do my repairs. I received horrible customer service. Anthony came out to repair the rubber on my shower drain. He put the silicone sealant on top of a wet drain, not bothering to clean or dry it before repairing it. I started to leak again later in the day. As if all this weren't enough, he broke ceiling under the bathroom that leads to our garage and didn't even bother to tell us that he broke it! We called him to fix his "job" and he refused. He was awful on the phone. I not only had to pay my home insurance, but I also paid him extra. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Like I said, if I could give this company a zero, I would.

Called them last week bc disposal stopped working. Got their information from my home warranty company. They came out quickly and fixed the problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable service tech! Would recommend.

Anthony replaced the faucets in my kitchen, both bathrooms, garbage disposal and put a sink in my garage. He gave excellent customer service, arrived on time, he was neat in appearance, kind, thorough, diligent, cleaned up afterward and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use his services again. Very Professional.
