Brian and his late father have helped me since 1984 with installing and replacing sump pumps and now replacing an old water heater. I called and left a message on Sunday and he called me Monday morning stating he was booked for the day, but would be there on Tuesday. His crew came Tuesday as promised and did a fine and quick job. The Rheem water heater he selected was one of the best residential units having a long 12 year warranty. Sure, it may have cost a bit more than a cheap heater, but I'd rather pay now than later. The crew were very nice and left the house looking as if they never were there. My water heaters are on the second floor, so they had plenty of opportunities to mess up the place. I highly recommend Brian and Carolina. You may have to wait a day or two, but quality guys aren't idle and have plenty of work commitments. Henry

I scheduled an appointment and the day of, no one showed up. I called to learn that Brian the owner who told me he’d be there was out of town. He actually left to go out of town knowing he wouldn’t be in town. He point blank lied. No way anyone should trust him!

I was very impressed with Brian and his whole crew. We needed the plumbing replaced under our slab to our master bathroom. They came out and ran lines through the attic. They had all the lines run and water back in my bathroom in the same day but could not finish insulating pipes because of the heat in the attic. He would not take payment until he came back to finish. I would most definitely recommend them.

We used this plumber last month, the first time he came he stayed 15 min. tops, he promised to come back the next morning but did not show up, when he did come back we had already had the line dug, our neighbor did it with his backhoe, for the new line which was about 140 feet, we had the pipe to be laid and the only thing that we did not have was the saw cuts in the asphalt which I neighbor was going to do but this plumber finally came back. When we received our bill it was for over $1200.00, $100.00 was for supplies that he sent ,my husband to get and he wanted it charges on his account, I believe that we have been ripped off and I do not appreciate being used. I would never use this plumber again and would not recommend him to anyone.
