My old septic system recently failed and I needed a new replacement system fast. A friend recommended Carignan & Associates to do the work. Neil responded quickly to my need and took care of all the details, including dealing with the Health Department. His price was fair and he did a great job. I'd use him again and would highly recommend Neil Carignan to anyone needing help with their septic system.
