Had a very nice and polite technician come out to access our air conditioning. After looking around, he determined it was a bad fan motor and compressor - a fix he was quoting at around $4,000. Thirty minutes later I had another company come out, and determined it was some “contact” connections that needed to be fixed. $140 later and we have air again! Always get a second estimate.
Service was terrible. I called on Sunday and made an appointment for someone to come out on Monday from 3-4. At 4 I called to see where they were and was told I wasn’t on the schedule. The fit me in though so that was nice. After maybe 10-15min or messing around he says that he’s done all he can do for me unless I pay 150 for diagnostic. He then figures out it’s a loose wire. It doesn’t seem right to charge me $110 for him to strip a wire and reattach it. EDIT: I did receive a refund which was very considerate of them. I would have been happy paying something. I just felt that I should have been told about the diagnostic charge ($150!) before I scheduled someone to come out to my house. Everyone I spoke with was professional, but that aspect just seemed shady to me.
I unfortunately had my home Water Heater go out. Never a good situation to deal with. I called Dipple Plumbing spoke with Chuck Dipple, sure happy I did! The service was REMARKABLE. When the technician Spencer arrived he took me through every step, explained my new Water Heater options and was very transparent on the costs. No one else comes close to the extraordinary Dipple service and very competitive prices. I'm sure glad I Called Dipple!
Garbage disposal was beyond repair (was cracked in several places). Received a great deal on a brand new disposal (6 year warranty). Didn't take long to install. They waived the installation fee which was nice. Adam was very professional, courteous and helpful. Could not ask for better service. I will be hiring Dipple again for my next home repair.
Dipple came to my house today for the first time. My air conditioner was working, just not blowing cold air. It was fixed quickly, and at a fair price. I strongly suggest using Dipple for all your plumbing, heating, and air problems.
