Ted with Three Bears Plumbing did a fantastic job for us. We were renovating our bathroom and Ted helped us with the layout to make sure everything worked with our plumbing. His pricing was very fair for the service he provided and was even flexible with us when our shower hardware changed. He did all the rough in work and even cut a hole for our vent ducting on the side of the house. I would highly recommend Three Bears Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

This guy lied to me and worse he caused more problems than what I had before he came to repair the original problems I had. He said he charged $75 per hour and I agreed to that, with me paying for 15 minutes driving time to put in a water heater and check on a plumbing problem under the house. He came and would not stop talking all while I was being charged. After about 45 minutes he finally went under the house. He was under the house around 30 minutes and it took him that long to tell me that there were no leaks. As he was sitting under the house for a long time padding his bill, I told him I just had $140 with me and asked if he would do the checking and install the water heater for that. He agreed and finally got out from under the house and put the water heater in. He ripped up the drain pan the water heater sat in, by the way. He wrote up the bill and wanted $220 after we had agreed to $140. I asked him why it was more than what we agreed to and he said he charged me for 35 minutes drive time and over $50 in parts. He originally told me there would be a charge for 15 minutes of drive time. I told him that was excessive since we agreed to $140. He then said, “What about $200?” I paid him $200 because I did not want any problems with the guy and because I pay my bills. As he was leaving I noticed a huge puddle of water in a bathroom. The leak was under a cabinet that was not there before Mr. Kitzmiller came to my residence. His only explanation was that it was between the cabinet and the floor and I would need to cut the cabinet. Thanks, Ted. Also, my refrigerator was surging after he monkeyed with the water under the house. This was a new problem I did not have before I called Three Bears Plumbing and Teddy Kitzmiller. Thanks, Ted. Mr. Kitzmiller is not from this area origianally and he uses shady business practices. I should have used a local plumber with morals. So if you like a plumber lying to you and one who creates new problems you did not have before, Teddy Kitzmiller and Three Bears Plumbing are for you.
