Brandon came to replace a leaky hose under the toilet...but he went above & beyond by providing a full plumbing inspection, flushed our water tank & helped get our house into “full swing” mode. He was fast, straight forward, and made us feel assured that everything was working properly. I will definitely utilize him and his company as our go to plumber.

Weather Master tech got to my house on time ready to work. The issue I was having he resolved in a matter of minutes and Checked to make sure the system was working properly before he left. If you have never used Weather Master give them a try the technicians and company are very punctual and professional.

In my newly built home less than 36 hours and discovered a major plumbing problem...the hard way...drainage pipe backup all over my lower level bathroom!!! After remembering where to find the emergency after hours list, I called Weather Masters HVAC and Tom O. answered. He came out at 6pm on a Saturday, quickly found the cause and did what he could to get me through until Monday. Tom O. was friendly, knowledgeable and very understanding of the urgency. Thank goodness because I had family in town and after moving nobody had the energy to pick up and go to a hotel.

It is good to know that when you need a plumber, someone like Tom is available. He is courteous and competent, comfortable with explaining what is involved and how he is progressing. Not the first time he has helped us and I hope it will not be the last.
