Mike C. and Dylan made quick work of my very complicated plumbing issue. I can’t speak highly enough about how friendly and professional these guys are. More importantly, they gave me a GREAT price to complete the extensive work. I gave Mike plenty of opportunities to gouge me on the price. However, he refrained from charging me for work that didn’t need to be done, like other plumbing crooks had suggested was unduly necessary. His thorough inspection, amazing pricing, quick work and phenomenal repairs have definitely won a lifelong client. Superior Plumbing and Drains has more skill, prowess and integrity than any other contractor I’ve ever worked with. Thanks for your wonderful service, guys! And an extra special thanks to Mike C. for being such an amazing help to my household. That crawl space is no easy fit, but you made it look like child’s play.

We were in a tight spot - had to have a plumbing issue fixed within 24 hrs. The plumber we had before was out of town - understandable, but 2 more plumbers took hours to respond, or couldn't schedule service that fast. I called Superior Plumbing at about 5pm & happily found they could schedule service the following morning. Monica arrived on time, is personable, has a good sense of humor & is very professional. This company was quick to respond to our needs and worked with our schedule. Very fast, courteous, and professional. Vinny and Peter did a great job. They provided great customer service and exceeded our expectations. They reported issues that eventually led to insurance covering for water damage and even recommended a good mitigation company. (Not all plumbers would do that.) We are so glad to have had this company work on our home instead of another company.

Great experience today. They were here within two hours of our call for help, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Saved our weekend! Vinnie and Peter were professional, efficient, and even cleaned up the sink that had backed up (along with everything else). Turns out we’re moving to a new home in Monroe in a month and are happy to say we’ve already found our plumbers!

I had a toilet overflow at my place, not knowing what to do I looked up names of local plumbers on Angie’s list. To my surprise I ended up getting a call from Superior Plumbing within a very short period of time. During my explanation to what had transpired, I was told that a service request was going to be put in place and that a plumber by the name of Michael C was going to be here in the mid afternoon. To my amusement, Superior Plumbing called me once again to ask me if it would be Ok if Michael C could come earlier to check on the issue; full of excitement I said “Yes!!!” Shortly there after Michael arrived, and he knew exactly what needed to be done. He introduced a device into the pipes and shortly thereafter we heard water running. To my relief the pipes were finally being unclogged. During that process Michael realized that the issue was more serious than just a clogged pipe. He asked for permission to investigate further, which I agreed. With a camera he was able to find out that roots from the front yard had cracked the pipes and were growing into them. Michael carefully explains to me what my options were. I am very grateful that Michael was able to not only resolve the problem but he also educated me about what needs to be done to resolve the issue.
