Jon was Outstanding! I am a General Contractor and it is important to get things right the first time. Before he started the renovation, he knew the code and found areas that other plumbers had missed. He was professional, tidy, and did a great job. The inspector was pleased with his work as well.
Jon is one of the hardest working and honest plumbers out there! He has rescued me and my daughter on two occasions now. The previous plumbers had me believing that I needed about $6,000 worth of needless repairs...Turns out, I did NOT! Jon explained to me what kind of plumbing I have and how it basically works so I can understand it and not be taken advantage of again! Being a single mom and new home owner repairs can be overwhelming. I certainly recommend J and H plumbing to anyone who needs a straight shooting, reliable and trustworthy plumber. Hopefully, I never have to call him again to come out and rescue us. But I SURELY recommend that you do if you want a job done with care and compassion! FIVE STARZ ALL THE WAY!
I highly recommend J & H Plumbing! The water pressure was terrible in my house. Which was causing several problems. Jon knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed in a reasonable amount of time, which fixed all the other problems as well. He is very reasonably priced and very knowledgeable about what he is doing. Very nice guy!
Jon was timely, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Really a fantastic service all around.
I ended up speaking with someone on Saturday about scheduling them to come out to fix some time sensitive plumbing issues after a good reference from a friend. They said they were too busy that day to fit it in but would reach out Sunday or Monday to schedule the work. They never reach out. I have spent the last three days calling them to set up an appointment to never have my messages returned. I obviously have given up and moved onto another plumber. They may do great work but if your customer service isn’t there, you can be a good subcontractor. If you want responsive service, I would definitely look elsewhere.
