arrived on schedule and communicated when the installer was on the way via email. that was great. it took a week to get the new water heater in place, so i was without hot water for a full week. seems like it could happen a lot faster
Service was great. Everyone was very informative and helpful. The lady in the phone was nice and explained everything to me. Later when my appointment came, the tech was very informative and it helped me understand more about my plumbing issues!!!!
We had a bad faucet in our daughter’s bathroom. American Home Shield scheduled an appointment with PPCS. Robert came out, was very friendly and professional. He assessed the problem quickly and got our part ordered. I couldn’t be happier with their service!!! We will definitely be using them in the future!
They installed my water heater and everything is working properly. They are courteous and professional and they went out of their way to make sure everything was done well.
ZERO STARS READ THIS: They tried to rip me off during a home warranty call. The warranty company authorized my hot water heater to be replaced (which was fully covered). This company tried to charge me 782.00 EXTRA out of pocket expense to get electric water heater to code (which is a flat out lie) too bad they didn’t know I was a home builder. I took the cash out and will do it myself. These people are unethical and will try to rip you off.
