I love how Rapid comes quickly, sends me an email and text alert when they are in route and even includes a picture of the technician to build trust. Brandon was my technician today and he did a great job. He was very thorough and when my seemingly simple repair turned out to be more, he carefully walked through troubleshooting and not only corrected the root problem but also did a thorough inspection of all my plumbing and all reasonable areas of future concern. I am very satisfied and I think you will be too. Do yourself a favor, call Rapid ASAP!

Had them install a Toto toilet we ordered online a little over a year ago. We were happy with their service. Just called to have them install another Toto toilet we ordered online and they are now refusing to install any equipment provided by the customer. I remember their equipment price being heavily marked up. Unfortunately they have lost a customer. We will be seeking a new plumbing company.

Sarah was great to work with. She followed up with me before and after completion of the water tank installation. She was also very prompt in returning my calls. When they were not able to arrive in the original time window, Sarah called me in advance to let me know. She and Michael completed the job in the time they estimated, with no additional costs. I would recommend Sarah and Michael. Kim, in their local office, was also very prompt and courteous.

The technician was extremely friendly and courteous. He detailed the problem and suggested fix and performed the job quickly and neatly. I highly recommend this company.

No one is ever thrilled to have to replace an HVAC unit or hot water heater, but our experiences with Rapid Repair Experts for both was fantastic.
