Absolutely the worst company to deal with! Mr. Carter will promise you everything, and then does NOTHING. Never showed up for the job, and his relative DC Carter did the same thing. Neither bothered to let you know they weren't going to even look at the problem. Don't waste your time calling anyone with the Carter name.
