I had them come out the begining of last year. They arrived 15-20 minutes late. I was told that if I had the new sink fixtures in the rooms I wanted them in they could install them in a hour time with both working. Well they ignored the new fixtures and “fixed” the broken ones. They installed a new drain in the kitchen but only did one side so they did don’t match, then in the bathroom they permanently tightened the drain stopper handle up on one and down on the other with no stopper at all. So now I can’t fill the sink up with water. (Only one guy worked. ) I had to return all the new items back to Home Depot. Almost a year later all sinks leak, and now again I have buckets under them. I do not recommend. The work was sloppy and I think they included their late time into my hour.

I cannot recommend Auburn Plumbing enough! We had a draining problem last night. We had lettuce come up in our bathtub so we knew something was up. My husband called Dylan this morning and he came out at 12:30 pm(actually 12:20, he arrived early!) and was done by 1:30. If you are having a plumbing emergency this is the company to call! I highly recommend Auburn Plumbing if you are having any type of plumbing issue/emergency. He has a Hydro Jetter too, so if you have a sewer blockage he can fix it for you no problem. He was able to get me on the scheduled the same day I called and he was very professional.
