Brown's Plumbing Well & Water Pumps, Inc.

8 yrs ago I had called Brown's Plumbing and after 30 minutes he showed up and within 1.5 hrs he fixed my broken pipe under the home and I only had to pay $75 to him. Home Trust Warranty paid him the rest. He called them and within 15 minutes he was issued a Work Order and then crawled under the home and I have not had any issues since. Thanks for coming out so fast!

I hired this company to do some work for me a few months ago. Long story short, the owner is unprofessional and his rates are overpriced. It's a shame when someone take advantage of others that may not know any better. Fast forward four months later, I am still experiencing problems with my well/pump but I refuse to call him back for service. I will be hiring another company to do the job. It's money down the drain but I have learned my lesson. I was explaining what I experienced to two different local companies on two separate occasions. I did not say who I was talking about. Both parties knew instantly who I was referring to, they said to me, "I bet you it was Brown's Plumbing". It's sad when you don't have to call a company's name and others know who you are talking about. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone. Unless you don't mind being ripped off. This is my personal experience and I want to warn others. Thank you,
