Recently had professional quality same day service from Billy's plumbing. The only complaint was I was responsible for paying for the technicians time to go get the part after I described the issue on the phone, which resulted in me paying for 1 1/2 hours in labor for 5 minutes worth of work. I appreciate the professionalism of the owner who called back to discuss my concern

Came when they said they would, and were polite and respectful... Willing to talk through all my options with me and answer questions... And then did what they said they would for the price they estimated. I will use them again in the future!
This was the second time I had to call someone about the same problem but it was worse this time. Billy's Plumbing came out and he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem at a very affordable rate. The other plumbing company just gave me a temporary fix. I will definitely use them again. Good to know there are still good and honest tradesmen out there! Highly recommend!!
