Ellen T. with Vance Johnson Plumbing is heaven sent. Our water heater broke and thankfully the tank itself was under warranty. She scheduled someone as soon as possible. The gentleman who came out was very kind and was even nice to my dogs barking at him annoyingly. It's January and cold and with a new baby cold showers are no fun.
