Sunday my water heater started leaking and we couldn't stop it. Josh was out within 20 minutes, stopped the leak, and immediately had me set up to have a new one installed. In only a couple of days Josh and Michael came out and installed a new water heater, fixed the gas lines, plumbing, and installed a drip pan so it can't cause any water damage if it ever leaks again. Everyone from Wade Hardin Plumbing has been very helpful and quick to help fix my problem. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Used them for a hot water heater they did a great job, today they came to replace the flush mechanism is the tank for two of our bathrooms. One is perfect , the other is a mess. The handle is loose and the chain is too tight. I pointed this out before they left and they did not think anything was wrong. In addition the plastic tubing was too long and the top of the tank did not sit flat. I had to point that out and they fixed that part. I will be calling I the am to have them come back out. I was there last call today probably not the best timing. Disappointed in the quality of work today.

Had an appointment window with them on December 27th from the time of 1:30-3:30. Upon calling them a female answered and was quite rude and unprofessional with me when saying I wasn't their only customer... Even though it was 5pm 2 hours after my appointment window. I understand there are hundreds of people and emergencies that need to be addressed but politeness and contacting someone to inform them their plumbers will be late is a professional and polite thing to do. If I was an octopus I would give them 8 thumbs down.

Our family had a main line clog. I called at 810 on Friday morning and they were out here around 915. I forgot the guys names but they were very curtious and handled themselves in a professional manner. By the way they also got the line unclogged. Very reasonable, I definitely will call them back in the future.
