Saw this plumber on Home Advisor. Called, but voice mail box was full. So, I went to his website and used the "contact us" email and left a detailed request for contact. Didn't hear anything back - via phone or email - so called and was able to leave a voice message. This was a couple of weeks ago and I still haven't received any response whatsoever. Not sure if this plumber didn't want my business, he's too busy or what, but prospective customers should be aware that he may fail to return email or voice mail and should draw their own conclusions accordingly.
