Called in the morning to ask for help. Even though their day was already set, they found time to come to my house and fix my leak that morning. Very nice and professional Cleaned up their mess before leaving.

This company left me speechless. I called to confirm my second appt the day prior. An older lady literally called me a liar and that they never set my follow up appt because they NEVER make an appt for 3 PM. I asked to speak with the other employee that set my appt or a manager and she said she was the boss. She accused me of making up my own appt and time. She left me in total shock that she actually accused me of something so stupid. She said they are booked for the next couple months and also would've gave me an appt because of that reason. They were JUST at my home the week before to inspect what needed to be repaired! She talked down to me, called me a liar, and in a round about way called me an idiot. Wow. Very unprofessional

Needed 200 amp meter box replaced, had no power to the house. They came out, scoped out the work, pulled the permit, and had it ready to go in one day. Very reasonable rates, professional and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone in Southampton County VA.

I am in the Navy and had to go out to sea last year and my wife needed our outside floodlights repaired. We already had the lights/bulbs and simply needed them replaced. It was a two story repair so they had to charge us bucket truck fee. After all was said and done, we were charged over $500 for swapping a couple of floodlights out. They also left some pieces/trash behind and the floodlights were left loose and free-spinning (which I had to fix) and two of the bulbs went out much sooner than they should have. Unfortunately, I was given unprofessional customer service when I tried to speak with who I was told was the manager or owner regarding the work and price. I was told that they've been in business for x amount of years and WOULD NOT do anything to address our issue at all. Maybe it was a bad day for them but I don't recommend a company to be run that poorly. I expect better service with a BBB rating of A+.
