I had to call a few times on both phone numbers, but I was able to get someone out after hours on a Friday evening. The receptionist/scheduler was upfront about the cost for the services and the after hours charge. The gentlemen that answered the call were professional and personable. Every attempt was made to clear the blockage before resorting to the machine, which I appreciated as it is more expensive. Efficient and quick service. 1st rate professionals.

I have been doing business with CPC for many years and I've always had great on time service. I have even had plumbing emergencies that I called about and they came out and provided same day service. Mark's service technicians are knowledgeable, efficient and thorough in the service they provide and I highly recommend them.

I have dealt with a lot of plumbers who did not seem to care about my issues. This company is very busy for a reason. Prices, service, and attitude is amazing! Keep up the great work and i would recommend this company to anyone.

I have nothing but praise and thankfulness for Daniel Cable and Carolina Pipe Cleaning. A few years ago, during the Holidays, we were expecting a house full of family (approx 20). Our septic system needed emergency services. Daniel and CPC made sure we were able to have a wonderful holiday. The service and staff were professional and gave us many tips to help prevent further issues. I highly recommend Carolina Pipe Cleaning.

I do not recommend hiring this company for residential work. Plumbers showed up without an appointment to a rental home after failing to address everything during initial visit. Poor communications between company employees, disregard for the customer, or both.
