I have an older home that still has some cast iron plumbing and have occasional problems with roots that cause back ups. I called a LOT of plumbers and chose Ark Plumbing to come out and boy am I glad I did. They are a family owned business and the woman who answered the phone to schedule service was very friendly and helpful. The two gentlemen that came out were very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I was impressed at how thorough they were and were very helpful regarding my city cleanout and troubleshooting steps I can take in the event I have root issues again in the future. I felt they were very honest and their pricing was very fair and reasonable. I will definitely be calling them back in the event I have plumbing issues in the future.
