I have been using Ammons Plumbing for about 2 years. They have always given fair pricing and estimates for our apartment communities. Some jobs take longer than others but when you need the job done right ... Some things are worth the wait.

Always on time ....

I have used this plumbing service twice for the same identical job. First time was very good, second time , technician Don was late with no apologies, left the work area a mess, and cut up the drywall in so many different places that the insert that he bough and provided wouldn't fit and left a huge hole in the wall. When I called to complain, Don said that they aren't responsible for the drywall. If they weren't responsible for the drywall, why would he buy and include the insert? I was directed to his supervisor Steve. I left him a message and he text me back saying he would call me within an hour or so. That was July 1, I am still waiting for that call 13 days later. If you are smart you will NOT use this company for anything. Incidentally, while Don was assessing the job, he asked me what they charged before. Seems they don't have consistent pricing policies as well. The first job was completed with the insert covering the wall perfectly. While I was taslking to Don, he said it would only be a $50.00 drywall job. I told him they should pay for that. He simply laughed and gave me his supervisors number. I am still waiting to hear from Steve.
