I am so glad that I found Jim Dickerson Co. Their rates are phenomenal and their work is excellent. I had three situations that needed to be addressed: a badly, leaking bathtub faucet, a disposal that needed to be replaced as well as a kitchen faucet. Brandon listened to things I had discovered after being in my new home for two weeks and offered sensible suggestion. Brandon was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job taking care of all three issues. They are definitely on my "to call" list whenever I need excellent service. I am grateful to Duke Energy for referring them to me. My first contact was with Debbie and she was so pleasant and very helpful. Couldn't be happier with the people and the service! I've used Jim Dickerson a number of years and the service is always timely and professional. Technician Brian Boyce has serviced our HVAC units a number of times and is outstanding. He always takes time to thoroughly answer all the questions I have a and goes the extra steps to ensure proper service. His recommendations have saved me money several times... actions other companies and lesser technicians would not have done. I feel he always has my best interest at heart. He is not only exceptionally thorough but friendly as well. Hats off to Brian for a job well done. He inspires confidence and trust in Jim Dickerson.

I bought a 40-year old fixer-upper that needed a LOT of work! A family friend recommended Jim Dickerson for electrical and plumbing work. Nate and Bobby have been terrific with helping to update the wiring system and install new lighting throughout the house. Totally professional and knowledgeable with all the work they did. Highly recommend!

Job-Replacement of two exterior panels ($7395.00) plus tax. Customer service was horrible. Nate-Master electrician and helper left the job on Day 2 at 1:55 said he had to go on another job at which point my electric was out 32 hours due to this service. This company will follow-up with a lot of excuses as to why they fail in ethical and professional standards. Debbie the office worker was really great at making excuses and did not offer solutions. It appears that their pattern is getting the job, showing up on day 1 ; then leaving the job while you wait for another three days for them to return to complete proposed work. I decided to fire this company from the rest of my outstanding work. Their Ethical and professional practices were not a good fit. Michael from the office was an empathetic listener and help me contact the county to get the passed inspection number so that my electric service provider could restore my power. I hope my assessment provides the next customer with a knowledgeable base to make an informed decision. And I hope that this company READ this review and improve on their work procedures and policies, so that customers can have AT least an average experience
