The staff and management were very friendly, communicated properly and effectively, highly professional, and did a superior job. You arrived when you said you would, you performed the basic analysis of the problem, you called to discuss the options and explained the process you would be going through, presented an estimate by email immediately after we decided on the preferred process, performed the work in a timely fashion, and satisfied both myself and my renters on-site. The only reason I did not give you a 10 was because I know so few people in the Charlotte area thus it would be unlikely that I would get a recommendation request!
