Very rude. Called the number from the website, some lady answered saying owner is not at the office and will call back. Called again next day from "recent calls" on my phone and Ron answered and kept repeating "there's no any lady who could answer his phone and I don't know who you were calling but you did not call me." Unprofessional. Were not able to help. Would be great at least being nice to people.

Very professional, fast and reasonable. Accomplished quickly without any issues, with what others were scratching their heads for days.

Really helpful and flexible. Hooked up my sink, new faucet, and dealt with a disposal issue caused by the folks I had replace my counter-tops. Did it all while I was out of town having left a key for them. Very polite and professional as could be.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.

This guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. He cursed my wife out for no apparent reason. I don't know if he was drunk when he answered the phone but he sounded like he may have been intoxicated. Maybe he was just having a bad day but his attitude is totally unacceptable. I would recommend staying away from this guy. He seems like a real hot head.
