We love the EcoWater System and especially the alkaline drinking water. The water is so smooth and silky when I bathe. But the best part is not having hard water build up in my water pipes and my shower. I no longer have to squeegee my shower after bathing! They installed it efficiently. Everybody at EcoWater when I have had a question or a concern has been extremely helpful with great expertise. Thank you so much Julie for great customer service and follow-up. We love the taste of our water with the reverse osmosis system. April came to our house and tested our water and explained everything. Thanks to her, we decided to add the good minerals back with the extra tank and the water is soft and clean tasting. We chose this for our health because of the chromium 6 in the desert water, but having our water taste great is an added bonus. We bought this through Costco.

Fully satisfied so far! Got both a Water Softener and an RO Filter. Absolutely no more white mineral deposits on faucets. Clean, clear, very drinkable and satisfying water with no residue. The water is *literally* softer. Showers are actually smoother. Then there is the effect the treated water has on clothes washing. Again, the clothes are literally softer when they come out of the machine, as well as after they have been dried. Very prompt and professional installation as well as immediate return correspondence Great, if not life changing investment. Solid professional company. Happy

Julie was very nice and helpful. She answered any questions we had and even came out several months after install to make sure all settings were good and everything working. She gave good recommendations that were very helpful as well.
