Very impressed with his return call time response, he listened to my concerns and issues with the problems that I was having with my pipes and gave me his honest opinion about it even though he wouldn't benefit from it. I ended up needing my septic pumped and didn't need a plumber but when the time comes and I do need a plumber he will be the first person I call.
