I chose Ivey's Septic Services to assess the condition of a septic system in a 50+ year old house. They tested, advised, and ended up replacing the septic tank. They communicated with me every step of the way; secured the Orange County permit quickly; did the work in a timely fashion; took great care to minimize damage to lawn, landscaping, and existing brickwork; and, did everything at a fair price. Mr. Ivey is an owner-operator which means he does the work himself. His equipment is brand-new and well-maintained. He and his son removed only those bushes necessary to work, spread a tarp to catch dirt from the excavation, and worked under, not through, the brickwork. Truly amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. Mrs. Ivey runs the office and kept me updated on their schedule. They were on time for every appointment -- testing and evaluation, to give an estimate, and to do the work itself. I will use Ivey's Septic Tank Services again without hesitation.

Ivey's has worked / pumped our septic system for 15 years. After lightening struck our septic, they have worked quickly, efficiently and professionally to correct / replace all needed parts. I appreciate that their loyalty to current customers is number one.

I get them to come over and help me figure out what was wrong with my system and I opened it up and took a look myself before I got here and I dropped a gasket into the tank which belong to them I guess he didn’t like the gasket was missing and he told me he was not going to help me because of this
