I recently had North Carolina Water Consultants install a whole house water treatment system in my home. Eddie came to my home and tested the water and recommended the products needed to have the highest quality of water possible. On the day of installation his crew, Christian, Chris & Kevin, arrived on time, explained what would be taking place during the installation and asked if I had any concerns or questions about the installation. After the installation was complete (which was much sooner than I had expected) they walked me through the entire system, explaining what each component of the system would be doing to insure the highest quality water. From the first contact with Eddie, through the final installation his entire team was courteous, professional and their attention to detail was above and beyond my expectations. I never realized the difference a water treatment system would make, now I have pure, clean water that is safe for drinking, cleaning, and total household use, and yes, I would highly recommend North Carolina Water Consultants!

Amazing company! Eddie was not the typical water guy, he was very knowledgeable and tested items others did not. When he was did he wasn’t pushy, shared the information and offered us solutions. We had a water softener put in when we first bought our house that never worked and only did damage. On the day of installation his guys were very professional. I have never seen any company come and set up and install anything with such organization and precision. When I asked Eddie “why I should hire them, what makes them different?” He said I am the only one that meets with customers and I am selective of the team I hire to complete the work”. His company truly delivered on a great water Hague softener, water reverse osmosis, UV with impeccable installation and customer service. I highly recommend his company. Eddie and his crew were fantastic. Eddie came out and spent time with us evaluating our existing system and water, explaining our options and making recommendations. The work was performed on the day promised in a timely and efficient manner. The crew led by Chris and Christian were professional and took the time to walk me through the system upon completion. Had water softening system and reverse osmosis water line installed. Work went great. LNW was professional. neat, on-time and thorough. We are extremely satisfied. Their price was more than other systems, but boy-oh-boy did we get what we paid for. A very fair price for an excellent system and great service.

North Carolina Water Consultants installed a whole house water filtration system for our house. Our well water had a foul smell and it was cloudy. NC Water Consultants representative, Eddie, took time to explain the issues with our well water during the water testing process. As we live out of state, the installation was coordinated via emails and phone calls. The office personnel were professional and helpful. The filtration system installation was done within a day and the crew ensured everything was neat and clean. Eddie returned to demonstrate the differences in the water quality when we were back in town. The smell is gone, and I can feel the improvement when using our water now.
