The owner, Carl, made sure that we were satisfied with the work done by his employees. They were reasonably priced, prompt and friendly. Next time we need a bathroom remodel we'll call Carl. We recommend East Coast Plumbing to our friends.

I called inquiring about a osmosis system and though it is not something they install and I have never been a customer Kristy was so great to me even took the time to find out who does those installs for me. She even called me the next day (today) to make sure I got everything taken care and if there was anything else she could do for me. Talk about incredible customer service. I am wowed by this company and if I ever have any plumbing needs I will be calling them for sure. I have even told all my neighbors.

We called East Coast Plumbing based off a recommendation from a friend. After speaking with the owner about our drainage issue, the recommendation to use one of their cameras to assess the situation before doing any digging or repair. Their team was prompt and professional. They were able to quickly identify the problem recommend the best (and most cost effect!) solution and complete the repair. After we had the “stuff” hit the fan, these guys came to our rescue. I’d recommend them to anyone. I’ve already recommended them to my mother-in-law...

Strangest thing happened to me today: I had a plumbing problem (related to my toddler's fascination with our toilet and not imminently surmountable with a plunger), so I called a plumber and...HE SHOWED UP AT THE EXACT TIME HE SAID HE WOULD BE THERE!!!!! In typical plumber fashion, we needed a specific part for our toilet (a renaissance-era prototype), so the guy left...AND THEN HE CAME RIGHT BACK WITH THE THING HE NEEDED!!!!! Use them. They're good.
