The technician was nice but I was charged for a return visit (within 5 weeks) that’s 1000.00 dollars in 5 weeks in plumbing and it was supposed to have a 6 month warranty. Just because the first technician went through the garage clean out and the this technician went through the kitchen sink ( it’s the same line). It should have been covered under your warranty. I have a call into management I would appreciate a refund for today’s service . Donna Miller

He was on time, knew exactly how to identify the issue, is/was dog friendly (a big thing in our house), solved our toilet/tub issue seamlessly, and is a SC local (another big thing for our family...particularly for my wife who was born & raised in Santa Cruz). After calling other plumber companies and leaving a voice message, Roto Rooter had a person picking up the call. The scheduled an appt’ and came in time to unclog the kitchen sink pipes. Highly recommended service.
