Paradise Plumbing

Did not return our phone calls after coming out giving quote. Said they could do in about two weeks. Never called us so we called them several times. Finally reached many weeks later and said he was waiting to hear from us. Said it would now be long time before they could get out.

If I could I would give less then 1 star!! Mike done some work for us in 2014, we had a rental property that was being managed by Centry 21 Champion and our tenants left us with a hole in our jetted tub! We called Mike to see if he could chang out our tub and get the master bath back in working order, he said yes. Well here we are moving back into our home and lots of water damage in the master. First I know it should have been reported before now, but the reality company did not do their job and the tenants never said a word , but it could have been avoided in the first place. First off the drain was never tightened and no plumbers putty was used so there is where the leake came from! Second he hooked the cold and hot backwards, rookie mistake! So now we are cutting out some of the wall to get the wet sheet rock out that is full of mold and find that he left the power hookup from the jetted tub just hanging in the wall. He also called us and said we would have to have the bathroom redone with a little sheet rock and paint, ha well yea it was done but only half way because it was not all put back together. The molding was put back but not painted the same color as the rest and the shoe molding is nowhere to be found! The caulking job is a joke being there is huge gaps around the tub. We were in Louisiana so we never got a chance to check on it just figured the $2000 dollars we paid him paid for the job to be done correct, ha not the case!!! Double check your contractor people!

Came to my house when a pipe burst in the winter was there fast and didn't charge me a fortune for it to be an emergency and came back the next day because he didn't have to right size piece in his truck and didn't charge me for the second day.

Paradise Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will call. I trust Mike and his crew completely. His customer service, workmanship, and integrity are second to none. I have used him twice and was 100% satisfied with the results.
