Boots plumbing has been conducting plumbing business with us for a year or so now. They have always been upfront with us on a time frame of when they are able to go to the home. They have called out tenants and scheduled and provided a detailed and affordable bill. We appreciate their service.

Called to see about appointments available to look at my sink. I guess they had no appointments available because they just hung up the phone. No interaction with me, no seeing what my issue was, no seeing if my issue could be fixed over the phone... nope. The person just answered the phone said hello... I stated my story... then dial tone.

What a terrible company! Two men came to unclog a toilet..each had a different version on the cause..one was clearly inebriated. They were here 8 minutes and rushed out door...I asked to please check other toilet to see if clog passed through...they wouldn't. 2 days later..2nd toilet clogged...they came back..rushed through..here 10 min...and said excess paper the cause. We put all toilet paper in basket not in toilet. Now I'm charged 2 service calls. I'm a disabled mom to a disabled child..money is tight..that's why I asked them to ensure clog was fixed. I called the owner..Sharon...she was rude..insulting and called me a liar trying to not pay for service call #2. I have never dealt with such incompetent..ignorant people in my life..not in CA or NY! Don't use this company unless you want insults, incompetent workers and a habit of ripping off the community. Sad..but beware..there are lots of plumbers who are diligent, honest and don't treat customers like dirt! Use them instead! I want to give them -5 stars if I could!!

We had Boot’s plumbing come for a clogged drain (I know, easy fix, but the stopper was stuck and neither my husband or I could get it out). They called the day the work order was put in, showed up promptly, and fixed the drain in minutes! Very pleased!
