I have used A&L plumbing for 10 years to check the back flow preventer for our irrigation system. They have always been friendly, professional and easy to work.

They have poor customer service and poor communication. They were willing to risk losing all future needs of a home for a small $70 fee that would be required annually anyway. They lied on the phone. I do not trust. I will tell everyone I care about to use any others of the plethora of plumbing options.
