Barnette Plumbing Co

We live in a house Barnette Plumbing Co did 10 years ago. I have been so upset with the way the plumbing was installed on this house I called the Durham permit office to find out who did the plumbing. First of all, we have to replace a structural beam under the house that they mindlessly compromised with their drilling, and have to add a pier to do so. Also, when they installed the tankless water heater, they did not install the flush kit so that the water heater can be descaled (calcium build-up which will happen over time). If you are going to do something, do it right, to last. I called twice to give them an opportunity to respond to these complaints, but all I receive is a voice mailbox that is full.
