I would give no stars if I could. They installed a brand new well pump 3.3 years ago to replace one that was 21 years old. I was so happy with the service back then. Fast forward to yesterday when I called and because my water pressure was acting up, strong at times and literally shutting off at others. I called them back since they were the ones that installed the new equipment. I had to leave a message and then Lisa called me back. I explained what was happening, she told me she was walking into a store and would call me back ( not sure why she even called back at that time) and that is was probably a tank pressure issue. I waited 7 hours for a call back to get on the schedule to no avail. I called Lisa back and she had no recollection of our conversation so I explained everything yet again, at which point she pointed out that it would continue to do this until it completely stopped. REALLY!!! That is why I am calling!!!! She again said she would see when they could get out to my home and get back to me. That NEVER happened. I called back this morning to CANCEL as I was able to get service from another company immediately. And they explained that it sounded like a possible issue with the pressure tank under the house and not the well pump. Which is good news!! Anyway, if you are looking for a company to at least give you the courtesy of a call back....DO NOT USE PEARCE!! Thanks for nothing Lisa!!!
