If I could give zero stars I would. Not because of the work done but because of the exorbitant cost. I was absolutely appalled by what I was charged for a straightforward plumbing job. As they had been recommended by my counter top installers who arranged their services for me, no quote was offered. As a result, the owner, Mike, seemed to think he could take full advantage. Disgraceful. He was most unpleasant, insulting and nasty when questioned about his ludicrous invoice. He attempted to charge me over $1600 for at most a $600-$700 job. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY
These guys are my go to plumbers and have never let me down. I have done more projects with them then I can count. There have always impressed me and have always gone out for there way to help when needed. Thanks.
They came out today after my water heater broke. Not only did they come out immediately; they were friendly, honest, super helpful, and cost me half what I was quoted by another company! I would highly recommend Mike and his team. THANK YOU!
I had a leak under my house and Eric with Flow Rite came out and was able to fix it in a timely manner. He was not only efficient but very professional and courteous too. I was referred to this company by my neighbor and am very glad I called. I will be calling them in the future should the need arise!! Thank you for the wonderful service!!!!
I had brad come out to flush my tankless water heater and also rebuild a couple of my toilets. He was very knowledgeable and a fair price
