A truly professional company that knows the meaning of customer service. Thanks Jason the owner for being upfront and Nathan the tech who was very thorough. Nathan the tech did a amazing job in a tight space. I am a disabled maintenance man so I can tell a proper job and fair price. I consider Nathan a new friend and his work was spot on! Great family company.

Called company, got a service visit quote of $45.00, when “very nice tech arrived”, we had to sign service agreement for $155.00 before service proceeded ! Simple 30 minute repair, but astronomical price attached!! Tech did repair slightly wrong, and had to return to fix on another day. I suppose the “Mercedes truck” he drove needs to be paid for somehow. Better off to get an “exact” and “trusted” quote beforehand by another reputable company.......prompt, but not trusted anymore. Sorry folks, call another reputable company.

They should be able to give you up front pricing to replacing a water heater since they go by a standardized plumbing fee. And not have the service tech come out before they can give you a price. ($85 service fee). $509 is an outrageous amount to change out basic water heater. ( this did not include the cost of the water heater).

Professional and on time service while adding plumbing for a new restroom in our commercial warehouse which took a full day of busting up concrete alone. While not inexpensive, you get what you pay for. It's nice to find a plumber in Blairsville that isn't a crook.

Charged over $350.00 just to hook up a kitchen facet and sink. I wasn't there because out of town and feel they took advantage of my wife on the price. Just needed drain connection for sink and screw a nut on facet and hook up two hoses. I hope people look elsewhere before calling them.
